Mind Body Medicine explores the relationship between the mind and the body simultaneously to discover the root drivers of client issues and seeks to encourage positive change.  It encompasses client centered counselling techniques to help uncover the deep-seated motivations behind patterns affecting health and wellness as well as body techniques such as acupressure, kinesiology techniques and channel palpation.

This unique body psychology approach combines Chinese Medicine theory and Western medicine knowledge to decode the likely psychology related to specific symptoms and signs.

The aim is to help discover the key driving force behind behavioural patterns and to help clients connect and understand themselves and embrace life and wellbeing.

What is Kinesiology?

 

ANSWER:

Kinesiology is a non-invasive complementary medicine therapy combining Western techniques and Eastern wisdom to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Kinesiology is essentially the study of body movement which encompasses holistic health disciplines to obtain information about a person’s wellbeing and identify factors which may be blocking the body’s natural healing process. 

It involves the gentle art of muscle monitoring which challenges the bio-feedback mechanism in the muscles to reveal imbalances within the body, whether it be: structural, biochemical, psychological or energetic. The goal is to identify the root causes of stress and work towards restoring balance.
